Since opening, The Bubble within The O2 has been used as an exhibition space for the Tutankhamen Exhibition, British Music Experience and Body Worlds exhibitions. These areas have been reprogrammed to suit the changing requirements of the space and demonstrate the ability of the Evolution system to be adapted and configured to suit constantly changing usage. Something that will become increasingly more important as The O2 is scheduled to be used as part of the forthcoming Games in London.
The Evolution Units are distributed around the venue with the majority of the equipment linked as a single system controlling the Arena lighting, hospitality rooms and concession areas. In addition to The O2 Arena, other venues within The O2 including The IndigO2, The Bubble, Thai Silk and many other restaurants have their own independent Evolution Systems
